An LED transformer/driver is used to power low voltage (12v) LED panel lighting. LED lighting requires a constant voltage to work properly. If you’re using a non-LED compatible transformer, you may experience flickering, buzzing or reduced lifespan of your bulbs. TRIAC dimming is widely used in AC power control applications. It is able to switch high voltages and high levels of current, and over both parts of an AC waveform.
