No Hassle Returns

We obviously want you to be totally happy with your ALLSPARES123 purchase, which includes a hassle free returns procedure should you need to send an item back to us.

If a part is faulty or defective then we’re really sorry. Return it to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we’ll arrange a refund or for a replacement part to be sent to you. For UK customers we provide a pre-paid postage label for you to return the item. Overseas customers will need to pay the cost of returning the item and we will reimburse you to the value of the original outgoing P&P.

If you’ve simply had a change of heart or if the item doesn’t fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be in re-saleable condition and its original packaging or we won’t be able to refund you. For convenience, we provide a pre-paid postage label to return your item. Please note: the return postage cost of £2.99 will be deducted from any refund applicable. Alternatively, you may pay the cost of returning the item yourself.

To return an item you’ll need a Returns Number.

  1. Sign in to Your Account.
  2. Select your order.
  3. Click Return item next to the appropriate item and answer a few simple questions, then click Request a returns number.

What next?

We’ll email you your Returns Number and a pre-paid postage label for you to print out. If you don’t have a printer, please write your Returns Number on the original delivery note and include with the item. Please don’t write on the packaging.

Pop your item in a jiffy bag or other appropriate packaging and post it back to us within 14 days of getting your Returns Number to:

Please ensure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.

If your item is particularly heavy or fragile, please contact us for advice on returning.

We’ll check your return and, if everything’s OK, refund what you’ve paid for it within 14 working days. Please note this is longer than we would like to take but due to the current COVID19 situation please allow us a little extra time.

Sorry, but we aren’t allowed to accept returns of shaver parts for personal hygiene reasons.
